Crafting On

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two, post it on your blog, on Instagram #craftingon and/or Flickr and then share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

Not the best photo due to the endless lack of sun but it should suffice...or so I hope. 🙈  This is Baby F's reindeer sweater. I started it back in October (I believe) but it got pushed aside for other projects. Now I am realizing I should finish it up before he outgrows it. I am doing the reindeer in duplicate stitch because I didn't know how many rows I would have on this sweater until it was finished (it is a different pattern than what the original sweater pattern came with). Of course I am kicking myself now for choosing to do it this way as I think it will take quite a long time. Maybe it will just have to be his birthday sweater next month (let's not talk about my baby turning 2. 😭 )

What are you working on? Happy creating!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post, Instagram #craftingon or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join Crafting On can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the Crafting On posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

Best wishes on your sweater! I hope it goes quickly. I love the colors you chose.
Those are great colors. I am sure that he will love it! Hopefully, the sweater comes along faster than you expect.
