A little joy to start the week with!

I had my first appointment to check on our little blessing last week. I was so nervous and excited all at the same time. With every pregnancy I fear the worst until I see my sweet little one on the screen and hear his/her little heartbeat for the first time. It's just my nature to worry, I guess. This time around I held my breath as the doctor searched for the heartbeat, as soon as he found it tears filled my eyes and I finally felt like I could truly accept and prepare for this miracle. I could let my guard down a bit and allow myself to be happy. Now, as soon as I am up to it, on to the baby crafting, nesting and baby name lists!
