These pictures were from the day of Beowulf's surgery (I came across them as I was looking for some other photos and just couldn't help but share them). Thankfully he is all healed now and back to his usual self, and perhaps even getting some revenge on those who tormented him.

I remember when my labrador was wounded, we put him the same device to prevent him from licking the wound. I could not look at him wothout pity. First, he was trying to remove it, and then was terribly resentful.
It is great that Beowulf is healed and everything is good with him. Now he deserves new toy to feel loved after these "tortures".;)
