Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

KCCO

This is a fly by KCCO post. I have a last minute sewing project for the girls that needs to be finished by Wednesday morning. Eeek! So please forgive the quick, blurry knitting photo. I do believe the sun has now officially moved away from Portland for the season, limiting my picture taking opportunities. I finished up Little L's Christmas sweater and I really don't have any other knitting projects that need to be done any time soon. But my need to not have idle hands when out and about brought me back to this project for K. I think I said it before but I am really loving her color choice for this.

What are you working on?

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

Wow so beautiful work. lovely color.
Very pretty color. I do love Ginny's pattern. :) Good luck finishing the sewing!
I love the sweater! Jenny wears hers nearly every day still, I'm really happy with how this knit has been used! I'm eyeing the Lady Marple sweater for myself with a similar shade of raspberry...Nervous to make something mama-sized!! Can't wait to see your sewing projects, I know they give you fits but they are always beautiful and inspiring! I'm sharing some window stars I made this week. xoxoxo
I agree that the color is beautiful! My boys are getting to the age where they like to choose their own colors for their projects. I love how much more personal it makes it feel :)

Yes! I think she will love her sweater even more knowing that she chose the yarn.
Gorgeous colour!
Pretty, pretty colour!!
Have a great day :)
It is such a pretty colour, it is going to look lovely on her. Enjoy your day!
Oh, the raspberry color yarn you're using on that little sweater is lovely.
Gemma's getting a Sunday Sweater for Christmas, and I love the pattern so much, I can't wait to cast on another for her in a different color! I adore the yarn you're using for yours!
The colours of wool that you choose are so gorgeous! Sadly, I'm allergic to wool so I just have to admire your beautiful work through your photos! ;o)

The photo is not blurry, it is well done. Lovely color! I can't wait to see this sweet little sweater finished!
I'm a bit late to the party, but wanted to share some dolls that I've been making with my almost 5 year old daughter!
I adore the colour your using. I have a cardigan knitted in a similar shade and its such a cheerful colour I feel hapy when I wear it. Im sure K will feel the same:)
Gorgeous color! Thanks for sharing...Lori
Oh that yarn is amazing. Isn't that sweater a pleasure to knit?? I loved it!
Your knitting makes me swoon. I have been sewing scarves like crazy... and I made Naia a sweet little doll bed.
