Crafting On

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two, post it on your blog, on Instagram #craftingon and/or Flickr and then share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

K has taken over all my Stitch and Story projects. This one is a baby blanket. For what baby, I do not know. Maybe for one of Baby F's dolls???

What are you working on? Happy creating!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post, Instagram #craftingon or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join Crafting On can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the Crafting On posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

That is a beautiful yarn! I am excited to see her do some of the knitting as well.

Hi Nicole, I wondered if you had any suggestions for hat patterns for a little boy, about the age of your older son? It could be a stitch and story or just anything from ravelry that you liked for that age. I have a hard time finding older boy knits...

Oh yes! Any style you are looking for in particular? My guy is mostly in adult sized hats now.
My son is almost 9 so really he probably is just about in adult sizes now that I think about it, maybe that is the problem, haha. Anything you particularly like for a young boy is good, I always like your style. Nothing with ear flaps, I guess. I feel like a lot of knits look too feminine on him, could be a yarn problem, not sure. Thanks so much if you have any ideas.
