We made him a quick crown since his real one is in storage
K made and decorated cupcakes
C set up the sign for him.
My baby is TWO! I can't wrap my head around how he grew so fast yet there it is. We had a small family party at the house to celebrate him and all the joy he brings us. As I mentioned around the time of K's birthday, all of our birthday items are in storage. I keep trying to play it off like it doesn't matter but it really does to me. The mama guilt really got to me about 24 hours before his birthday so I took a trip to JoAnns and spent that time crafting a few things to make his day a little more special. That paper fox garland was done way too late at night and came out a bit wonky but all Baby F cared about was that it was foxes.
We were unfortunately sick for his special day (and still are) but even so I think he knew he was the center of our world and that we love him so!

Love all your decorations and the obvious love that went into them! We are a family of fox lovers, too - both boys were foxes for Halloween and I made felt masks in a similar shape as your garland. I think your celebration looks like it was lovely and full of love - no Mama gilt needed. Thanks for sharing a bit of your world with your readers, as always. Peace!
That is just lovely. All those special touches will not have gone unnoticed by your children and make for a very special day I am sure. The garland is so beautiful as is your little boy and his foxy crown. Well done Nicole!
Arh, so cute. love the craftwork, you've done great there with those foxes. Happy birthday and I do hope you're all feeling better, Cathy x
