Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.
KCCO baa-ble cardi Still working on Baby F's Baa-ble cardi. I am not too happy with my stitch tension at the moment. I think I purl looser than I knit but I am hoping that things will resolve themselves when I block it.

What are you working on? Happy creating!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post, instagram #craftingon or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

Where do you get your project bags or where would you recommend looking? I like the simple linen drawstring ones you seem to use. I think your sweater looks lovely and as always, love your style and color choices!

I found that one online it's called a pretty cheep project bag: https://www.yarn.com/products/blue-sky-fibers-pre...
That sweater is looking beautiful; I can't see any problem with your tension from the photograph. Do you sew your own stash bags? What type of fabric do you use and where do you purchase it, if you do sew them yourself?

I presently have several projects going at the same time. The one that is going fastest is my First Year Harry Potter Scarf. I am making it double-thickness by knitting in the round. The pattern came from the book "Charmed Knits - Projects for fans of Harry Potter" by Alison Hansel. ISBN - 13: 978-0470-06731-4.

I am using acrylic yarn from Red Heart in Cherry Red and Gold; the Gryffindor colors. It actually calls for Burgandy but I preferred the Cherry Red instead.

My other projects are a kitchen towel knit with Peaches & Creme cotton yarn using the Linen stitch and a Winter scarf knit with fibranatura Inca bulky in Light Turquoise using the Fisherman's Rib stitch.

I do not have a blog or website so, you will have to tell me how to provide you with a photo of my progress.

I don't currently sew my own stash bags although I would like to find the time to do so in the future! The ones I have been using are these: https://www.yarn.com/products/blue-sky-fibers-pre...

Do you use Instagram? You could share a photo that way. too.
beautiful cardigan and your stitches look fine to me, blocking does wonders though, doesn't it??
The earthy colors of your little cardigan are gorgeous! Thank you for hosting!
