Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.
IMG_3396 I started the lacework for this sweet little top last night. I can't wait to see it finished, but I have to admit, my rediscovered love of creating window stars along with catching the sewing bug has made me lose interest in knitting as of late. I am lucky to get in two rows a day.
Just keep knitting, just keep knitting...
What are you working on?! Happy creating!

The little lace on that sweater is so beautiful and the yarn color is like sherbet. I'm sure whichever of your littles that top is destined for will love it. Thanks for hosting, Nicole!
I"m the same way! I started a sweater top for myself at least a month ago, and have only completed the bottom ribbing. I tried to finish the first row of lace last night and couldn't concentrate on it while watching the movie. I just can't seem to settle down and focus! Sewing is a lot faster and I'm about to plunge into sewing projects as well...maybe that's why knitting is more for winter :)

True! This is the first year it's hitting me. I usually knit through all 4 seasons but then again our little house in the big woods of Oregon was chilly year round so that was a bit more conducive to knitting than this 100 degree weather we are currently experiencing :p
Isn't it nice to have many crafts? I love hopping from one to the other, but mine are all knitting projects. Love the little tiny eyelets in the yoke!
What pattern is that top? It looks so sweet, and the yarn is so cheerful! xo

It's the Blossom Tee. My friend Katherine designed it. I do believe the pattern will go live in August.
