Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

KCCO- Your opinion, please? up close KCCO

Little L is just about to outgrow his "one skein warmth" Milo and is in need of a new one. I have been loving the gray and yellow combination lately, so I thought that might be fun to incorporate into another Milo.

I think I love it but I can't decide if it's a bit too much. Honestly, what do you think?

p.s. - Don't forget to enter the Armadillo Dreams giveaway going on now!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! i think it looks amazing! what a great milo that will be.
i think it's sweet! what colour will the body be? i think a grey body would be sweet with a yellow hem?
happy dreamin' x
I loooove that colour combo, it looks amazing. But maybe just do one colour after the top part if you feel its a bit much? Either way your stuff is always amazing.
I think it looks wonderful! Such a beautiful colour combination. We love our Milo vest here too. Always cast on for the babies each Winter. Hope your week is lovely :)
I think the grey and yellow is adorable on top but it would be too much for the body too. I would do a grey body if it were me just to tone down the yellow a bit. But it will look absolutely beautiful on your little blonde boy. Well done! I'm casting on a Milo for my 5 year old this week actually.
I love it!
Grey and yellow is a great combination. I don't think it's too much, it will be a nice little splash of brightness when it gets cold and dull in winter I think :)
I think it's really sweet., but if you worry that it's too much you could switch to the gray after you finish the yoke. But either way, I like it! I'm really loving yellows this season.
I LOVE this!!! As soon as I saw the picture I knew I had to make one like it. Love, love, love the alternating garter. Going to look through my stash ASAP to see what I can come up with. I have 3 little girls who need more woolens before the temps turn for good.
oh, so super gorgeous!! lLOVE! :)
I love that yellow and grey together!
haha! I did a freaking double take Nicole!!! How is it even possible that we are working on the same exact project??? Even almost the same colors.... we are soul sisters :)

I want to see pictures!!! We think too much alike - I love it!
Who would have thought gray and yellow would be so effective together?
I love the color-blocking idea mentioned but on L, I think a yellow body would be awesome! <3
This color combo really steals my heart for this time of year. And it will be so nice during the more dull days of winter.

It looks like the Michaelmas was lovely. I'm so sorry to hear about your window waterfalls though. I hope they have ceased and there isn't too much damage!
I love it!
yep, that yellow and grey combo is a total winner!!!!
So cute. Love the colour combination.
Yellow and gray just recently came onto my radar (baby shower planning) and I'm loving it too! This looks great!
I'm loving the color scheme!
What a lovely and brilliant combination, the gray and yellow! ~x~
