C's First Quilt {Crafting On}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. Another C edition to Crafting On. 馃槏 She finished her very first sewing machine project - a quilt. All done free hand and without any help. This sweet little Lucy of mine inspires and never ceases to amaze me!

Beautiful quilt, C! I love your color choices, truly. I always have such difficulty in visualizing the effect of fabrics put together, especially if they didn't come in a bundle meant for quilting. Can't wait to see what you accomplish next!

WOW, congratulations C! That is a lovely piece that I know you will treasure forever. I know how much patience it takes to piece things and square everything up, I'm so proud of you for sticking with it and making a finished work of craftsmanship.
