Here and there (and some knitting inbetween)

Our last few weeks in photos.

Belated birthday bouncy house fun for the boys

A new favorite park

I took my girls to their first concert. What an incredible experience it was! My first concert was New Kids On The Block - I am so glad their first concert was with a band that uplifts and feeds the soul.

Lastly, The gifts I knit for L for his 8th birthday. I don't think I shared them here.
A rhino at his request (rav notes here) and a megalodon shark tooth fairy pillow (rav notes here).

I hope to be back in this space this or next week with a spring book list.

I'm sure NKOTB was very uplifting at the time! Could take them to one of the reunion shows for old times sake ;).

The playground looks great! I'm always on the search for a nice playground for my boys they would love a train like that.

Are the girls not into bouncy places anymore?

Ha.ha. Perhaps so! K was a year too old to be able to play at the bouncy house but the woman working there said she'd let her slide so the girls played a bit but they are growing up quickly :(

Love the pictures. It's hard now to find time to write, but I miss the kind of connection that blogs used to bring into my life, it felt really warm, instead of lonely like now. I started to write again in mine, I hope to be able to keep up.
I love the way you knit, in my eyes you are a master, your kids are so big, time flies.

Oh I am so right there with you!! Why is it so hard to find the time anymore? I think I have just let too many other things take priority over blogging which is sad. I know I will want to look back at this for years to come, and I too miss those connections!! xo
