First Snow

Last week we experienced our first snow in Pennsylvania. It came out of nowhere. Just the day before we were raking the leaves around our magnolia tree and now they are all buried. What a magical time. This was Baby F's first time really experiencing snow as he was too tiny when we lived in Idaho and we didn't get any snow in Oregon. He loved it and never wanted to come back inside - just like all his siblings. We are looking forward to many more winter wonderland days in the future!

My grand doll played outside the other day when we got our first snow flurries. We had more ice then snow though. Was it fairly warm while it was snowing there as I noticed that the girls are not wearing coats? I must say your oldest looks like a movie star from eras past in her green dress and sweater!

Aw. Ours was the fluffy kind. However it is now melting away from the rain we have been having. It wasn't warm when I took these pictures. Those silly girls of mine wore 6 dresses underneath their Narnia dresses along with layers of skirts and leggings - all just to get out of wearing coats for a little while. Ha,ha.
