Crafting On

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two, post it on your blog, on Instagram #craftingon and/or Flickr and then share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

I volunteered to do a test knit last week, you know, because I don't have enough going on right now. Ha! Okay, I really did it because it is the cutest little pattern and I just couldn't resist. I already had the yarn on hand so that somewhat justifies it, right? The pattern is by Naturkinder out of Germany and you can see my Ravelry progress here. But seriously, after I finish this I need to buckle down and finish those Christmas gifts so I can move on to knitting for the upcoming shop.

What are you working on? Happy creating!

I wish I could craft as much as you do. I have been trying to cut several quilt squares for over a week and still they are not done.

That would take me forever, too! I can only knit when with my children - not too much concentration involved!
Nice! Naturkinder is such great site!

Oh, I hope so! I have wanted that one for years!
It isn't - but that one is so cute, too, isn't it? This one is a hooded jacket.
I feel this way about writing and reading...they keep me going! :) Beautiful photo! Amy
