K turned ten over the weekend. Ten! How did we already reach double digits?! We celebrated our sweet girl with a lot of pumpkin and apple baking and cooking (as usual), an afternoon tea party with friends and some family swimming. It was very much a "K day".I can still remember K's kindergarten teacher telling me that K chose to come first and be the big sister to all her siblings. She chose to take on the responsibilities that come with being the oldest and the one who all the younger siblings look up to. Looking at these pictures of her interacting with her little brother and sister on her birthday really brings that into perspective. She loves them so! What a special soul we have been blessed with.
