The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. I have been making a bit of progress on my Campside Cardi while my cat Arctica has been successfully covering my cardi with her fur. I am literally knitting her fur into it (not by choice, mind you!). She sits in my lap every single time I work on it. I think it might take me longer to get all her fur out in the end than it did for me to knit it! Oh well.
