Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

It's about time I turn these walls around us into a home. First order of business - the girls' room. Don't ask me why I started there, other than the fact that we have no furniture to sit on in our living/family room and I feel too overwhelmed to tackle that project just yet. Ahem. We can't paint the walls in this house so I think we are in need of cheerful curtains to spruce the place up. Curtain sewing is simple enough that even I can do it (knock on wood) so I should have these done and hanging on their bedroom wall by next week... or so I hope!

What are you working on?! Happy creating!

ETA: I am not why the link up is acting a bit wonky with putting all the links in one row but hopefully it sorts itself out.

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

It's from Heather Ross' Far Far Away III line. I forgot the name of it. I believe you can still find it on Etsy :)

I do hope to! This house isn't a beautiful old farmhouse though so I feel like no one would want to see it :p
beautiful fabric, you have to start where inspiration strikes!!
Thanks for hosting!
Hmmm, don't tell my girls that there is such thing as horse fabric.
How nice those curtains will be in the girls' new room! (And silly you, you are such a good seamstress…)
I hope you are all feeling better?
Sending lots of love…
