Whatcha say?

The giveaway post I mentioned yesterday will be coming up shortly but I am hoping some of you computer savvy readers might be able to help me out. I have been receiving quite a few e-mails about comments not going through and then all of my comments from the last post disappeared early this afternoon. My Intense Debate commenting system turned off somehow in that post and it reverted back to Blogger's commenting system. The same thing happened to my post on Monday. I tried contacting Intense Debate's support staff but of course they are on a break until Monday. Is this happening to anyone else? Do any of you have any idea as to how I can fix this issue? It's totally driving me bonkers!! Thank you in advance for any help!

Oh, yes, this happened to me, on a giveaway post no less. I don't have their email anymore but I believe this is what they had me do. It's a mobile issue, so go to settings and email and mobile. CLick Yes. Show mobile template on mobile devices. and select custom from the drop down menu. This *should* do it!

You're welcome. :) I hope that worked for you. If there were any comments that had already gone to blogger on a specific post, though, all comments from *that* post will be through blogger. But from that post on it should be right.

Hi Nicole, I usually just like to read from a distance and don't comment much, but I thought I'd chime in and say that if you're having technical problems and have ever thought about moving your blog to WordPress, that's what I do for a living. :) Ginny over at Small Things (gsheller.com) was having this very problem in January (along with occasional blackouts of her blog) and asked me to move her to WordPress, and she's loving her new home. I hope you can get everything worked out with your comments; and if you do decide to move up to wordpress, I hope you'll give me a shout. :)

Hi Jeni, Thank you so much! My only issue with moving to word press is that there is a feww for posting on there... isn't there? Or I could be making that up :P
