This sweater officially won't be done in time for his birthday but maybe I can aim for the end of the week???

Is it just me or does it feel like bottom up sweaters take twice as long as top down? 😩

This adorable Fin sweater and hat pattern was gifted to me years ago for L. I had been wanting to knit it all that time but somehow or other it just kept slipping my mind. Well, I happened to look at the pattern last month in preparation for L's upcoming birthday and I saw that it only went up to size 10 (L will be turning 9) so what better time to knit it for him! If I finish the sweater in time I will go ahead and knit the matching hat, too.
