Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two, post it on your blog, on Instagram #craftingon and/or Flickr and then share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

I picked my Hackberry back up after an unintended hiatus from it since December. Baby projects always seem to take precedence over everything else. I guess they need to since babies grow so fast and well, I just want to knit all the baby things.

What are you working on? Happy creating!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post, Instagram #craftingon or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

I don't blame you for letting the baby knits take precedence. The time spent knitting them is basically instant gratification. It goes way too fast and how else are you going to fit in all those adorable baby patterns on Ravelry! I miss knitting for babies and toddlers so much! I have a "wish I would've knit list", but with four daughters it'll come back around I'm sure.
Yes. Baby knitting should take precedence. Too late when they are teenagers and politely turn down your offer to knit for them. Knit now. That is a beautiful blue.
I keep forgetting that I should be knitting baby things. Mine grow so slowly that it's not something I need to keep up with, but then I forget and the next thing I know my 5 month old has *finally* grown out of her newborn longies. lol! So many thanks for reminding me that I really need to knit her a new pair or two :-) I really love that blue yarn. When your Hackberry is finished it's going to look wonderful on you! Edited because apparently I'm REALLY excited and felt the need to end every sentence with an exclamation point. I think it's all the coffee.
babies grow super fast so I agree that the baby knits should be a priority!!
