We are a homeschooling family who has only recently discovered The Waldorf methods (not sure where I have been?). We are loving them and learning as we go. Transitioning toys has been the hardest for us, we are switching out the old plastic for the new natural, a little at a time. But, I am truly enjoying seeing my boys thrive in their new environment. <br />ok so, yes, thinking towards the Holidays, hoping to tone way down and make so much more.We are trying to focus on traditions as opposed to gifts. How do you handle this with family? Also,I would love to know how you made the little felted slippers. My boys would love them.Paula J. The ornament out of their sweater yarn isn't overboard at all. Just think of how those ornaments will remind them of their favorite childhood sweaters when they're older. In fact, I think you should make 2 sweater ornaments out of the leftover yarn from their matching sweaters so they can each have a set when they're adults. (I know you don't want to think of that yet, but they'll appreciate it SO much! ;)Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17002360993206729015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218602897331908767.post-26061792102112620382009-09-23T08:06:16.220-04:002009-09-23T08:06:16.220-04:00I made that bird ornament (Also from Living Crafts...I made that bird ornament (Also from Living Crafts, right?) last year as a cardinal for a cardinal loving friend...thinking of making doves & robins this year!
