What beautiful photos! How was the tofurkey? I've always been curious. We bought a heritage turkey from farmer's market this year and I felt very good about our turkey having had a nice life before it came to us. Happy Thanksgiving!

I always wondered what Tofurkey tastes like. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

We had our first tofurkey yesterday. :) We usually just do the sides. I haven't been able to put many pictures up though because there are 15 people staying here. I'm glad you had a good thanksgiving. The edible arrangement is lovely!

The tofurkey was great! I was hoping to make everything from scratch but we picked it up last minute. In all honesty, I think it was a bit too much processed soy. But once a year I think I can let that go.

Thank you, everyone! I hope you all had a perfect holiday!!

Yay for veggie Thanksgiving! We had a fabulous vegan Thanksgiving with friends where we cooked everything ourselves--it was sooo nice to not have too much processed stuff this year (aside from the Earth Balance and the coconut milk.)
